Hours Full time: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

  • Perform service or warranty repairs, adjustments, or replacements as needed to satisfy customer requirements
  • Interact with homeowner determine severity of electrical problem and needs
  • Choose an array of tools and materials according to the repair work that needs to be done
  • Read and interpret blueprints and cabinet details to insure correct location of electrical
  • Replace faulty wires and parts and ensure that the new ones are in proper working order
  • Inspect electrical systems and components to determine condition and identify needed repairs
  • Install and repair a variety of electrical system components such as lighting, switches, circuits, panels and outlets
  • Direct the work of apprentices to ensure that work orders are handled properly

Requirements

  • Active Wireman or Journeyman license
  • 2 plus years’ experience in electrical construction  (residential preferred)
  • Clean Driving history

Job Responsibilities

  • Install/Terminate/Test and Label Cat6,Coax and AV cables in a residential setting.
  • Experience with hanging TV’s, Surround Sound Systems and installation of Low Voltage Systems desired but not required.
  • Experience with Pre-Wiring Residential Low Voltage systems, AV systems and ability to read plans required.
  • Ability to learn and assist with the installation of residential alarm system wiring and components desired by NOT required.
  • Work in changing climates including, but not limited to, high temperatures
  • Ability to run Low Voltage wires in attic spaces from time to time.

Customer Service Dispatcher

The Customer Service Dispatcher is responsible for managing all schedule and pricing requests from our builder customers and ensuring that work ticket scheduling and close out processes are executed daily.  They will work closely with our branch office managers, accounting, and estimating departments to enable operations to run smoothly each day and provide foresight into future workloads.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process work requests from both home builders and home owners scheduling websites, emails, and phone calls
  • Update work ticket statuses promptly
  • Provide accurate documentation to accounting for billable work
  • Efficiently route non-schedule related inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Update project records in our scheduling software when project documents or purchase orders are submitted
  • Coordinate with the Branch Office Managers to ensure the next days’ work list and documentation is accurate and in order by the end of the day
  • Add appointments to Google Calendar and upload into NetSuite

Job Requirements

POWER GENERATION TECHNICIAN

In Charge Electrical is expanding its Power Generation division and is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to install, troubleshoot and repair Generac generators. The ideal candidate will have experience with Generac generators and be able to work independent of supervision while maintaining the high level of integrity and customer satisfaction In Charge Electric is known for.

Candidates must have a basic understanding of engine operation, electrical theory and electrical safety while not being afraid to get their hands dirty.  Upon hiring, technicians will have the option of attending factory training courses, get on the job training, accumulate hours towards a Journeyman electrical license and work with a company that supports growth from within.
