Automatic Transfer Switches
Ensure seamless power transitions by automatically switching to backup power during an outage. Built for reliability and efficiency, they work with your generator to provide continuous electricity without manual intervention.
What is an Automatic Transfer Switch?
An Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a crucial component in a standby generator installation that allows for the automatic switching of electrical loads between the utility power source and the generator.

How Does A Transfer Switch Work?
When power from utilities is disrupted, your whole-home generator will power on and prompt the ATS to transfer the electrical load to the back-up power source. As soon as utility power is restored, the generator controller will confirm a return of stable voltage and signal the switch back to utility power.
