Great Service

I would like to take a few minutes out of a hectic day to acknowledge two men that define what “service” means, Jose and Corey. I have known these two for the past six months and they have gone above and beyond what is expected. When I see Jose on site, I know the job will be done 100%, with no call backs.

He truly cares about the work he does and the people he works with. When I am in a pinch, Corey jumps to help.

I can’t imagine making it through the September Push without Corey. He responds quickly and solves the problem. He always is smiling, happy, and positive that we will make it work. Jose and Corey are indispensable members of In-Charge and DR Horton and I am proud to work alongside men of their character and skill.

Great Field Tech

I just had to take a second to let you know how good your field tech is. He’s been out here pretty much since the neighborhood started, and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. No matter what the issue, he is here with a smile on his face and no job is too small. You can tell he genuinely wants to help and find solutions.

Reality is that In Charge is one of the trades that I really don’t have to worry about – which is a great thing.

Best Vendor

You guys are by far one of our best vendors we use and personally the best electric vendor I have used. The most critical thing about building these houses is obviously moving fast… but most importantly hitting the scheduled dates and that’s exactly what you guys are all about! The BEST thing I have noticed about In Charge, besides hitting the rough/trim dates, is how well you guys are on getting the smaller items (punch lists) taken care of.

I can send a list on one of my houses and every time it’s taken care of the next day. That takes a lot off my shoulder!

Awesome

It doesn’t matter where I have gone, the first vendor I called to come has been In Charge Electric. They have been awesome to work with.

Hard Working

You all continue to work hard on a daily basis. I really don’t mind saying that all of you over there are the best trade partner I have. Truly the hardest working most organized outfit I have worked with! Your commitment and appreciation of our business shows on every one of your employee’s faces and attitude every time I cross paths with them.

Good Trade Partner

I can honestly say in this industry, working with good Trade Partners is a very hard thing to come by. Working with In Charge Electric is an exception to this and they are a great partner to have working beside you. Seth Robinson is a remarkable person and the relationship that him and I started numerous years ago, will always be important to me.
