Chance came to In Charge in January of 2022, as our first full-time Fleet Manager.  Chance’s background includes being retired from the Air Force, where he was in Transportation Management for 12 years. He finished his Air Force career as an instructor for Aerial Gunner in Combat Search and Rescue.  He has since worked for major companies like Union Pacific Railroad, Chrysler, and GB Automotive.  Chance develops and manages all our transportation-related programs.  He is very mission oriented and ensures In Charge will keep rolling into the future.
