Randall is strategic planner and motivational leader with experience in Health, Safety and Environmental, together with strong background in operations and customer relations.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health & Safety from the University of Houston – Clearlake. He is responsible for creating/managing the company’s Safety and Quality program/policies, which includes growing and maintaining a Safety Department which focusing on low injury numbers and OSHA claims.
