David’s primary responsibility is to help the management team become more organized, efficient, and aligned in what we do and how we do it. He is a hands-on and experienced leader with a critical focus on operations and structure. Before InCharge, he led several new constrcution and service businesses in Indianapolis, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and California and has worked in some of the world’s best companies including Stanley Black & Decker, IBM, and General Electric during their heyday.
