R.J. is the VP of Accounting of In Charge and responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance. Prior to joining In Charge, R.J. spent nine years with Maxwell Locke and Ritter LLP, a public accounting firm, where he focused on financial audits of private middle market companies. R.J. is a CPA in Texas and is a graduate of Texas State University.
